1. Scope
1.1. The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between LEOMAX Cashmere FZE and the customer. Deviating conditions are only recognized if LEOMAX Cashmere FZE has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 Offer and conclusion of contract
The Internet presentation of our range does not represent a legally binding offer. It is merely an invitation to submit offers.
The customer orders the goods he wants or places the repair order by sending the data he has previously entered in full in the online order form. The contract is concluded when we accept the customer's offer in sending this data. The declaration of acceptance towards the customer also lies in the delivery of the goods. An order confirmation by e-mail is only used to inform the customer that the order has been received and registered. It does not represent acceptance of a contract. The availability of an item is checked by us in each individual case when an order is made and, if necessary, confirmed.
Only the German language is currently available for the conclusion and implementation of the contract.
2.2. LEOMAX Cashmere FZE reserves the right to deliver goods of the same quality and price as the one offered. Furthermore, LEOMAX Cashmere FZE reserves the right not to deliver the goods offered if they are not available.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS IN THE MEANING OF § 13 BGB IN THE CASE OF THE PURCHASE OF GOODS - cancellation policy
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Para 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312 g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return or hand over the received service and benefits (e.g. advantages of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value in this respect. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt.
Special instructions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
Insofar as we provide services, your right of revocation expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of revocation.
4. Delivery
4.1. The delivery takes place with Hermes in Germany and UPS worldwide. The delivery time is up to 5 days.
5. Terms of Payment
5.1. Payment is made in advance, by credit card or by Paypal.
5.2 When paying in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. In the event of a defect in the purchased item for which LEOMAX Cashmere FZE is responsible, the customer can either request that the defect be rectified or that a replacement delivery be made. If the rectification of defects or replacement delivery fails, for example because LEOMAX Cashmere FZE refuses to do so because it is disproportionate or it is delayed beyond a reasonable period of time or the customer cannot be expected to accept it for other reasons, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract or to request a reduction in the purchase price demand.
6.2. The customer is only entitled to further claims in the event of damage to life, limb or health which is based on a negligent breach of duty by LEOMAX Cashmere FZE or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of LEOMAX Cashmere FZE. Furthermore, the customer is entitled to further claims for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by LEOMAX Cashmere FZE or a legal representative or vicarious agent of LEOMAX Cashmere FZE.
7. Right of offsetting and retention
7.1. The customer is only entitled to a right of set-off if it has been legally established or recognized by LEOMAX Cashmere FZE. The customer has a right of retention only insofar as a counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
8. Privacy
8.1. The customer has been informed about the type, scope, location and purpose of the collection, processing and use of the personal data required for the execution of orders. The customer expressly agrees to this collection, processing and use.
8.2 If this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), your browser may store a cookie sent by Google Inc. or a third party that enables an analysis of your use of this website. The information collected in this way (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other data stored by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies. 9. Final Provisions
9.1. International law applies.
9.2. Should one of these clauses be or become invalid, the remaining parts shall nevertheless apply.
