Payment Methods

PayPal: This is the fastest and safest way to pay. The goods will be dispatched immediately after payment has been received from PayPal.

Credit cards: Our payment provider Stripe offers payment with the following cards without prior registration: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay

 

When will the credit card be charged by LEOMAX Cashmere?

When completing an order with a credit card, the invoice amount is “pre-authorized” on the credit card, i.e. reserved for the LEOMAX Cashmere Shop. The pre-authorization is a validation of the credit card, in which the availability of the order amount is checked. The credit card's available limit will be reduced by the pre-authorized amount, leaving the credit card uncharged for the time being. Only when the goods are shipped is the card actually debited and the amount debited by the LEOMAX Cashmere Shop. If the order is canceled prior to shipment, no charge will be made and the pre-authorization will be voided. Please note that the pre-authorization is valid for at least 7 days and its resolution depends on the deadlines of your bank.

 

Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: Please cancel no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. 

To do this, send your cancellation letter to info@leomax-collection.com or use the contact form on this website.

After we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the credit to be made. The time of the payment refund depends on the respective credit card. Please note that 10 to 14 days can pass between the receipt of your return and the refund of the purchase price. The customer bears the costs of the respective return.

If the recipient of the item specified in the order does not match the buyer of the goods, the amount debited will always be refunded to the buyer or card/account holder. The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
