We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET (excluding public holidays). The goods in the warehouse are ready for dispatch no later than two working days after receipt of payment.
Can I have a package sent to a PO Box?
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes.
Is shipment tracking possible?
Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. There you can track the progress of your package.
Is my order insured during shipping?
All deliveries sent from the LEOMAX Cashmere Online Shop are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover expires.
Customs duties and taxes within the EU:
No additional taxes or duties are due for all goods sent within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices.
Customs duties and taxes within non-EU countries:
As soon as the items arrive at their destination, import sales tax as well as duties and handling costs are determined by the respective customs office. The recipient is billed by our logistics partner. By submitting your order and making the payment or submitting the required information, you agree to the import regulations for the respective item. Please note that import regulations vary from country to country. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we will not reimburse customs duties, import sales tax and processing costs that have been charged to the recipient by the logistics partner on behalf of the customs office, even if the items are returned.
